Dinesh’s passion for real estate began at a young age of 21 when he invested in a property for himself. Dinesh then further invested in properties for himself, family and friends. 

His undeniable success brought further investors which began his real estate profession. Dinesh also well known as the Honest Realtor, honours the client’s financial well-being with his three pillars for success: integrity, passion, and commitment which leads to results. 

His experience in real estate of over 10 years provided many clients with worthy investments, dream homes, and an undeniable grounded trust in him and his service. Dinesh’s success in the industry is his trademark to deliver the best service possible for his clients while catering to the individual and unique needs. Dinesh’s success speaks for himself as 90 percent of transactions are through his client’s referrals as they continue to love the honest service received. Chandru Thedsanamoorthy has over 15+ years of experience in the customer service & sales industry. He managed multiple franchisees at a young age with a key focus on providing excellent customer service and generating a healthy profit.
 
His passion for reach his clients and customers goals be it in his franchise or real estate career comes from his passion for helping people.
 
Chandru has a proven ability to communicate general information in an accurate and customer friendly way to vendors, management, associates and customers. He is well grounded, and detail orientated. He continues to put his best effort forth in everything he does, even in the minutest details.
 
Chandru has always been a Real Estate and investment enthusiast, where it had led him to get his Real Estate license and dabble deeper into the investment industry.

Dilipan has experience in production and management through his leadership role in the automotive manufacturing industry. This experience aids in his ability to successfully guide his clients through their listing, buying or selling processes.

Prasaath Nageswaran

Raised in Toronto, Prasaath is well-connected and is an active member in the community. He has a natural propensity for customer service, and takes pride in building trust and rapport with his clients. Having a growth mindset, Prasaath thrives on challenges and constantly works towards improving the status quo. He views transparency, behavioural integrity, and trust as virtues to success.

Prasaath has an advanced diploma in Business Administration. This knowledge, coupled with his extensive work with one of Canada’s biggest banks, has enabled Prasaath to hone the necessary skills that is warranted to navigate the ungovernable arena of real estate transactions. He strives to evaluate objectively, and make ethical decisions which serve the client’s best interest. Prasaath effectively blends his management skills with his technical expertise, and ensures that emphasis is placed on the details.

Samantha’s Real Estate Journey began when she worked as a RE/MAX Administrator For two and a half years. Her passion for Real Estate sparked very quickly & she decided it was time to take her professional career to the next level.

Samantha received a Bachelor of Art’s Degree as well as a Diploma in Media Communications through the University of Guelph-Humber. The knowledge she obtained helps her understand the many marketing strategies that it takes when it comes to selling homes.

She is a full-time Realtor servicing the GTA, and is dedicated to exceptional service, from the moment of introduction to getting the deal done. Her experience as an Administrator has given her the knowledge to prepare offers & listing packages in a simple & timely manner, as well as navigate MLS with ease. She believes in service that makes a difference. Her back-end expertise combined with hands-on knowledge ensures AAA solutions when caring for her clients.
